Privacy notice
What this site collects about you, why, and what you can ask for.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the number of windows and any message. If you ring 01737 443540, the call is answered and the number you rang from may be recorded by the phone system so the call can be returned.
Why
To answer your enquiry, arrange a survey and send a quote. The lawful basis is your request: you asked to be contacted about windows.
Who receives it
The form is sent by email to the FENSA-registered installation company described on the who quotes page. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone else for marketing. The email passes through the hosting provider's systems on the way.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If you go ahead, the installer keeps your records for as long as its warranty and legal duties require, under its own privacy notice.
What this site does not do
No analytics, no advertising tags, no social media plug-ins. The only outside request a page makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces, which receives your IP address as any web request does. Cookies are covered on the cookie page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or object to their use, by ringing 01737 443540. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
